Ms. Ifeoma Chiemeka is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, with a B.Sc (Hons) in Biochemistry/Microbiology in 1989. She holds an Executive MBA, which she attained from IESE Spain in the year 2000, and is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. She holds a Diploma in Ministry, and also a Bachelor’s degreein Lay Ministry from the Loveworld Ministerial College Lagos.She started her working career in April 1990 as a Lab Analyst at Chris Laboratories Onitsha, where she served during her National Youth Servce (NYSC) till March 1991.
She moved to Brian Munro Ltd Lagos in July 1991 where she worked as a Lab Analyst from 1991 to 1992. She was promoted to Quality Control Manager and served in this capacity from 1992 to 1993. She was double promoted to Quality Assurance Manager and served in this capacity from 1993 to 1994.
Her outstanding work in Quality Management at Brian Munro Ltd was a major contributing factor in the firm’s acquisition of SKG Pharma, former Wellcome Nigeria, in 1994.She moved with the Brian Munro Top Management Team to SKG Pharma Ltd, Lagos in December 1994, and was appointed the SKG Pharma Quality Assurance Manager in January 1995. She worked with SKG Pharma Ltd until November 1999, when she resigned to take up full time Ministry. In 1996, she was appointed the President of The Haven, Believers’ Loveworld, a vibrant group of Gospel Financiers, whose professionalism and focus have been a driving force in taking the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to all corners of the earth. During her outstanding ten-year tenure, she expanded the work globally into the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and South Africa, with the creation of 10 Zones, hundreds of chapters and over 3,500 registered members.Pastor Ifeoma’s exceptional work in building The Haven into International Sponsors of the Gospel earned her the Ministry’s most prestigious Hall of Fame Award in 2007. Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka has served full time in Loveworld Incorporated. She functioned as an Administrator from 1999 to 2007, handling diverse roles in Church Administration, General Administration, and Television Broadcasting. In 2007 she was appointed the Ministry’s Head of Administration, and she served in this capacity till 2017. In 2009 she was appointed the Ministry’s first Chief Operating Officer, and in 2012 she was appointed and served as the 11th Chief Executive Officer of Loveworld Inc. for a full one-year term. In 2017 she was appointed the Director of Corporate Affairs for Loveworld Incorporated, and she has served in this capacity till date. In 2018 she was also appointed the Director of Programs for Loveworld Incorporated, and has served in this capacity till date. She contributes her wealth of experience in executive management as a member of the Board in several companies indifferent economic sectors. She has contributed immensely to ensuring the long-term financial goals are met in the companies she has managed in the Financial Services sector, resulting in huge profits for the companies.
Through the development of standard HR policies and implementation of the right structures in the Human Resource establishments managed, she has built a world class team for several organizations, properly equipped through trainings and the implementation of attractive benefit programs. With her executive management skills, and a continuous growing sales network, the companies she has managed in the agricultural sector have all run profitably.
In the hospitality industry, she has developed teams with excellent customer services, and customer satisfaction is one of the hallmarks of the companies managed. Her executive management skills are also seen in the property industry.She is a member of the board of companies responsible for managing properties, development and sales with a record of sustainability and profits. In the ICT industry, she is a member of the board of directors in a company that is responsible for setting up network and internet infrastructure for several organizations across the Nigeria.In the Media sector she has a wealth of knowledge in production and post productions, station management and transmissions, and has worked with world class production, directing experts and produced programs that have been aired around the world. She was ordained a Pastor in 2001.
