Receipt of loan application letter.

Receipt of executed loan offer letter

Receipt of duly notarized personal guarantee from a banker of at least Assistant Manager level with post dated cheque covering 120% of the loan amount

Receipt of executed Credit Agreement and the Right Of Set Off

Receipt of executed Payment Guarantee Form

Positive CRMS check

Keyman risk insurance of obligor

Post-Approval Requirements

Receipt of daily, monthly etc business proceeds into the account
