She has over 16 years of banking experience with hands-on experience that spans Banking Operations, Marketing, Customer Relations, Internal Control, Treasury Operations, and Financial Control functions.

As the Head of Operations in Refuge Mortgage Bank Limited, she oversees daily banking operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, customer satisfaction, implementing process improvements, managing operational risks, and driving team performance. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and achieve business objectives.
