Babaseinde is a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology. He also possesses a postgraduate degree in cybersecurity from the American University of Technology.

He later attended The Computer Warehouse Group Academy to sharpen his skills in Information Technology and has since worked in the field to date. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and has worked in diverse areas of Information Technology, ranging from implementation to Data Centers.

He is currently the Head of IT at Refuge Mortgage Bank.
