Refuge Mortgage Bank Limited was incorporated in 1992 as a Private Limited Liability Company and licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to carry on Mortgage Banking activities. The bank commenced operations in 1993. It is registered with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Limited as an accredited vehicle for the disbursement of the National Housing Fund. In 2005, it was acquired by a new core investor who injected fresh capital into the bank. The bank is well capitalized beyond the mandatory level of the CBN.
Presently, the bank’s authorized share capital is N4,000,000,000.00 with N2,609,087,175.00 fully paid up and allotted.

Ms Kudehinbu attended the University of Lagos, College of Medicine after her primary and secondary and graduated as a pharmacist.
As a young pharmacist, she was full of divine energy and was engaged in private practice. She developed her entrepreneurial skill and began to set up businesses after a short stint as a practicing pharmacist.
Her entrepreneurial hunger made her to set up the here under businesses: –
• Global Plus Publishing Ltd in 2004
• Kobis Foods and Services Ltd in 2007
• Quartz Digital Limited in 2009 She has continued to birth new companies in critical sectors of the economy, for example Cedar and Cradle Limited, a manufacturing company producing baby diapers and sanitary wares.
Yemisi Kudehinbu is a go-getter and an entrepreneur per excellence.
YEMISI KUDEHINBU
Mr. Olufemi Otenigbagbe was for 10 years (and until recently) the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Parallex Microfinance Bank Ltd. After successfully converting Parallex MFB to a Regional Commercial Bank (this is the first MFB to convert to a commercial bank in Nigeria), he resigned from being the MD/CEO after fulfilling the mandatory CBN timeline for MDs.
He has over 22 years of robust career in the banking sector having worked with International Trust Bank (Gamji Bank), Société Generale Bank (SGBN) and Intercontinental Bank. He resigned from Intercontinental Bank as the Bank’s Head of Investigation and Fraud to work on the turnaround exercise at Parallex MFB, which under him transmuted from a unit, state to a national microfinance bank status before its eventual conversion to a commercial bank.
He is a member of various institutions among which are: –

• Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM),
• Member of the Institute of Directors (MIOD),

He has a B.Sc; a Masters in Business Administration (specializing in Finance) also from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Science from the Salford University in Manchester (UK). He has been involved in various training home and abroad in various areas which cut across Operations, Credit, Risk Management, Audit, Infotech, etc.
He is happily married.
FEMI OTENIGBAGBE
Ms. Ifeoma Chiemeka is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, with a B.Sc (Hons) in Biochemistry/Microbiology in 1989. She holds an Executive MBA, which she attained from IESE Spain in the year 2000, and is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. She holds a Diploma in Ministry, and also a Bachelor’s degreein Lay Ministry from the Loveworld Ministerial College Lagos.She started her working career in April 1990 as a Lab Analyst at Chris Laboratories Onitsha, where she served during her National Youth Servce (NYSC) till March 1991.
She moved to Brian Munro Ltd Lagos in July 1991 where she worked as a Lab Analyst from 1991 to 1992. She was promoted to Quality Control Manager and served in this capacity from 1992 to 1993. She was double promoted to Quality Assurance Manager and served in this capacity from 1993 to 1994.
Her outstanding work in Quality Management at Brian Munro Ltd was a major contributing factor in the firm’s acquisition of SKG Pharma, former Wellcome Nigeria, in 1994.She moved with the Brian Munro Top Management Team to SKG Pharma Ltd, Lagos in December 1994, and was appointed the SKG Pharma Quality Assurance Manager in January 1995. She worked with SKG Pharma Ltd until November 1999, when she resigned to take up full time Ministry. In 1996, she was appointed the President of The Haven, Believers’ Loveworld, a vibrant group of Gospel Financiers, whose professionalism and focus have been a driving force in taking the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to all corners of the earth. During her outstanding ten-year tenure, she expanded the work globally into the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and South Africa, with the creation of 10 Zones, hundreds of chapters and over 3,500 registered members.Pastor Ifeoma’s exceptional work in building The Haven into International Sponsors of the Gospel earned her the Ministry’s most prestigious Hall of Fame Award in 2007. From November 1999,
Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka has served full time in Loveworld Incorporated. She functioned as an Administrator from 1999 to 2007, handling diverse roles in Church Administration, General Administration, and Television Broadcasting. In 2007 she was appointed the Ministry’s Head of Administration, and she served in this capacity till 2017. In 2009 she was appointed the Ministry’s first Chief Operating Officer, and in 2012 she was appointed and served as the 11th Chief Executive Officer of Loveworld Inc. for a full one-year term. In 2017 she was appointed the Director of Corporate Affairs for Loveworld Incorporated, and she has served in this capacity till date. In 2018 she was also appointed the Director of Programs for Loveworld Incorporated, and has served in this capacity till date. She contributes her wealth of experience in executive management as a member of the Board in several companies indifferent economic sectors. She has contributed immensely to ensuring the long-term financial goals are met in the companies she has managed in the Financial Services sector, resulting in huge profits for the companies.
Through the development of standard HR policies and implementation of the right structures in the Human Resource establishments managed, she has built a world class team for several organizations, properly equipped through trainings and the implementation of attractive benefit programs. With her executive management skills, and a continuous growing sales network, the companies she has managed in the agricultural sector have all run profitably.
In the hospitality industry, she has developed teams with excellent customer services, and customer satisfaction is one of the hallmarks of the companies managed. Her executive management skills are also seen in the property industry.She is a member of the board of companies responsible for managing properties, development and sales with a record of sustainability and profits. In the ICT industry, she is a member of the board of directors in a company that is responsible for setting up network and internet infrastructure for several organizations across the Nigeria.In the Media sector she has a wealth of knowledge in production and post productions, station management and transmissions, and has worked with world class production, directing experts and produced programs that have been aired around the world. She was ordained a Pastor in 2001.
IFEOMA CHIEMEKA
Tom Obiazi is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from Bendel State University Ekpoma in 1984. He was ordained a clergy in 1990. He became the CEO of CFI Pictures (a movie production company which he pioneered and stayed as CEO for 10 years).
He founded PYCE Technologies Limited in 2013 and has since then been the CEO of the company till date. PYCE Technologies Limited is into Oil and Gas, IT Consultancy, Construction and others. He has several years’ experience in Project Management while specializing in life show creation, production and administration in both studio and field settings.
He has a history of achieving corporate objectives with strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization including executives, staff and clients alike. He is experienced in budgeting, staffing, financial control and process development/optimizations. He is married with 3 kids.
TOM OBIAZI
Evang. Dr. Eddy Owase is the director of Loveworld Ministerial College and a member of the Central Executive Council, Believers Loveworld Incorporated.
EVANG. DR. EDDY OWASE
Mr. Moses is a graduate of Agricultural Extension and Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna. He has his Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State.
Mr. Olayemi has over 35 years working experience covering the Agricultural Sector. He has attended numerous trainings and certifications. He is a fellow of IMC-Nigeria & Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is a certified Management Specialist (CMS) on Time Management from London Graduate School.
He has a Certificate in General Health, Safety and Environment Course (GHSE) from the World Safety Organisation (WSO).
MOSES OLAYEMI
Dr.Emeka Uchenna Eze is a graduate of the University of Benin, with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) in 1991.
He became a Fellow, West African College of Physicians (FWACP) in 2003.Pastor Eze started his working career as full time Lecturer 1 in the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, U.B.T.H Benin City and also as House Officer, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) from February 1992 – February 1993.
Afterwards, he served during his National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) as Medical Officer at Obbo – Aijegunle Cottage Hospital, Kwara State from May 1993 to April 1994. He worked at the Department of Internal Medicine, University of Benin Teaching Hospital as Senior House Officer from June 1994 to May 1995.
He worked as Registrar, Department of Medicine U.B.T.H from June 1994 to November 1996. He worked as Senior Registrar from November 1996 to May 2000. He worked as Senior Medical Officer special grade (Medicine) U.B.T.H from May 2000 to February 2001. He worked as Chief Resident, Department of Medicine, U.B.T.H from December 1999 to July 2000.
He worked as Consultant Physician, Faith Medical Centre Benin City from February 2001 to December 2003. He worked as acting Medical Director, Faith Medical Centre, Benin City from May 2001 to December 2003.
DR. EMEKA EZE
Mrs. Oyakhilome is a graduate of History from the Bendel State University (1990) and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Benin (1995).
She is a director with Pathfinder Communications Ltd. She is a seasoned administrator, motivational/ conference speaker.
She has brought with her, hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and marketing.

FEMI OTENIGBAGBE
Mrs Yemisi ‘Seun-Sanyaolu is a graduate of Accounting (Distinction) from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State.
She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT).
She has over 16 years of banking experience with hands-on experience which spans through Banking Operations, Customer Relations, Internal Control, Treasury Management activities and Financial Control functions. As the Head of Financial Control/Treasury, she oversees the accounting, financial planning, financial analysis and tax functions of the Bank.
She possesses work experience that covers Treasury management, Asset & Liability Management, Treasury Operations and settlements.
YEMISI SEUN-SANYAOLU
Mr Eni is a graduate of Accounting with Second Class, Upper Division, MBA holder and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
He is also an associate of Credit Risk Managers of Nigeria. He has worked for over 20 years in various industries in Nigeria including aviation, communications, oil and gas and financial institution. His job functions included setting up of accounting system, development and implementation of finance and accounting policies, management of the accounting functions of the organizations, treasury and cash management, budget and budgetary control, preparation financial statements etc.
His over 15 years banking experience stretches through Credit Analysis, Financial Statements Analysis, Facility Structuring and Packaging, Risk Rating, Relationship Management; Project Management & Monitoring; Credit Examination, Credit Administration & Monitoring; Collections; Accounts Reconstruction, Accounts Reconciliation and Facility Restructuring; Loan Work–Out (Loan Remedial) and Debt Recovery, Product Development and Loan Portfolio Management.
Edet attended a number of courses in Credit Risk Management and Administration, Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Budgeting, Debt Management and Recovery, Internal Control and Auditing, Risk Analysis and Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), Consumer lending in Nigeria, Lease and Lease Administration, Risk Measurement and Management. Before Joining Refuge Mortgage Bank Limited, he was Group Head, Consumer Finance Group for over 7 years at Fidelity Bank Plc where he developed over 40 credit product papers, disbursed and managed over N150Bn consumer loans portfolio.
EDET ENI
Babaseinde is a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology. He also possesses a postgraduate degree in Cyber security from the American University of Technology.
He later went to The Computer Warehouse Group Academy to sharpen his skills in Information Technology and has since worked in the Information technology field to date. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and has worked in diverse areas of Information Technology ranging from implementation to Data Centers.
He is currently the acting Head of IT at Refuge Mortgage Bank.
OKUYIGA BABASEINDE O.
Result driven Internal Control and compliance specialist, Member compliance institute of Nigeria, and a chartered accountant with over 22 years of track records (both in industry and practice) in preparing and updating comprehensive financial and non-risks assessments and engaging/managing for organizations, both internal and regulatory risk in the area of internal control procedures and AML/CFT respectively. A first-class (4.75/5) and near distinction (3.4/4) graduate of accounting at both university and polytechnic levels, respectively. Adaptable, intelligent, and knowledgeable in developing and maintaining sound internal control environments. Proficiency in accounting, spreadsheets, and word processing. Expert in preparing findings and recommendations of identified internal control weaknesses and developing effective solutions as mitigants; strong people management and interpersonal skills.
He started his career as an audit trainee in the firm of Abel Aiyedogbon and Co (A firm of chartered accountants) between 1997 and 1998, after which he joined United Bank for Africa Plc in the year 2000 for his National Youth Service Corps program. His exceptional performance in all ramifications got him retained by the bank as an Internal Control Officer, and he covered so many branches of the bank before he joined African Express Bank Plc and worked there between 2002 and 2004 as an internal control specialist. His work experience also saw him through other major commercial banks, other financial institutions and audit firms within Nigeria as follows: Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited (Cluster Control Officer ), Intercontinental Bank Plc ( Senior Cluster Control Officer), Ecobank Nigeria Limited (Internal Control and Compliance Manager), Jacs Fountain Consult (Principal Partner), Nnamdi Osita Okonkwo and Co Chartered Accountants (Partner-Audit and Assurance Services) and Wind and Rock Holdings (WINOCK) Limited, Abuja, as the head of Internal Control and Audit department before he joined Refuge Mortgage Bank Limited as the head of Internal Control department.
His work experience in risk management, internal control, audit, and assurance services has taken him to every part of the country, and he has achieved many milestones, amongst which were being ranked (in appraisal) as the best performing Internal Control and Compliance staff in the SS/SE region of Ecobank Nigeria Ltd in 2014 and 2015.
Olaoye Jacob O.
Barrister Adebisi Akintoye Johnson graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1991 from the Faculty of Law. He subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School for his Barrister at Law degree. He also attended the University of Lagos in 1996/1997 for his LL.M.
He began his private legal practice in 1992 at Dandare and Co., Bernin –Kebbi, Kebbi. In 1993, he joined the law firm of Olufemi Lanlehin and Co. where he was till 1997 before establishing his Law Firm, A. A. Sogunle and Associates.
